or Online Registration
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Court-stamped Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Proof of Residency (purchase or lease agreement)
- Unofficial High School Transcript (grades 10-12)
For the 2008-09 school year, ½ day kindergarten will be offered. Students must be five years of age on or before September 30, 2008 to be eligible to attend kindergarten.
KINDERGARTEN READINESS CHECKLIST
Registration packets will be available at the Nordonia Hills Public Library, in the lobby of the Board of Education, and online.
