Mr. Atienza is in his second year as one of the Health teachers on the 7th Grade Encore team. He is a graduate from Cleveland State University. Mr. Atienza is the head coach for the 8th grade football team and serves as an assistant wrestling coach at the high school and coaches the shot put and discus for the middle school track team. His interests include spending time with his wife Jacki, and their two sons, Jacob- 9 and Matthew- 5.

Mrs. Ritchie is in her 31st year of teaching family and consumer science all at Nordonia Middle School.  She graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron in 1978. Mrs. Ritchie lives in Silver Lake Village with her husband of 29 years. He is a high school mathematics teacher.  She has one son, Porter, who is a freshman at The Ohio State University currently studying engineering.  In her spare time she enjoys gardening, needlecrafts, her cats, and maintaining her 1830's era farmhouse.

Mrs. Allen is in her 24th year of teaching! She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in art education at Kent State University. Mrs. Allen’s entire teaching career has been in the Nordonia Hills City Schools; teaching art to students in grades six through twelve. She even had her student teaching experience in the middle school, which used to be called a junior high, and high school. Mrs. Allen is currently teaching art to seventh grade students. Mrs. Allen enjoys all kinds of art projects, travelling, and attending school activities for her two children.

Mr. Spellman is in his 14th year of teaching, 12 years of teaching health and physical education at Nordonia in grades 7-12. His B.S degree is from Kent State University and his M.A. is from THE Ohio State University. He lives in Macedonia with his wife (Cynthia) who teaches high school English at NHS, son (David-13) and daughter (Sandra-10). He enjoys being outside, snow skiing, spending time with his family and going to classic car shows (in his 1976 Camaro which was his first car) with his dad, brother and son. Go Knights!!
