Dear Ledgeview Learning Community,
As I walk through the halls and the classrooms, it is wonderful to observe parent and community volunteers helping our students learn and achieve success. Thanks to our PTA for coordinating volunteers to help in the classrooom and providing educational programs for our students.
Excellent Kids Deserve Excellent Facilities! Issue 48 is a small investment that will make our fields safe and help continue a tradition of Excellence in our school district. The cost will be $25.73 PER YEAR for a $200,000 home.
Thank you for supporting good attendance and punctuality. Students need to be in school by 8:40 to be ready to learn at 8:45. If your child is ill, please call the attendance line before 8:45 in the morning. The attendance number is 330.908.6160.
You can support your child's education at home. All students need to read at home for at least 20 minutes each day. Please practice basic math facts at home. Click on Everyday Math to order the game pack for home. Below are some great, free websites that offer math practice as well. For starters, try:
