The Nancy Fike Media Center has been a very busy place since the beginning of the school year!
We have hosted both The Great Lakes Theatre Company, a troupe of actors working with the 8th grade language arts classes, and the Knight Way Right Way breakfasts to honor students displaying Knight Way Right Way characteristics. We have begun our Mystery Madness book talks this month, featuring several books from our very popular Mystery collection. We have also worked with the foreign language classes on their country reports, and the 8th grade social studies classes on their Colonial America projects.
We look forward, to again working with the foreign language classes in the next couple of months, as well as the 7th grade science classes on their biomes research. In addition to our paper resources, we use many online resources to assist our students with their research.
