Graduation Requirements:
Students must meet the following minimum
requirements to graduate from Nordonia High School:
   1) 21 credits (see below)
   2) Pass all five parts of the Ohio Graduation Test
   3) Earn credits in the required courses as follows:

Area	Credit	Required Courses
English	4	One credit per year in grades 9-12
Math	3	One credit per year in grades 9-11
Science	3	Biology in grade 9 Physics in grade 10 Chemistry in grade 11
Social Studies	3	World History in grade 9 US History in grade 10 Government in grade 11 Economics in grade 11
Health	1/2	Grade 9
Physical Education	1/2	1/4 per year in grades 9-10
Option I	1	One credit from either Technology, Business, Fine Arts or Foreign Language
Option II	1	One additional credit from either English, Math, Science or Social Studies (credit in one subject area)
Electives	5	Any elective courses
