Participation Forms & Fees

All Nordonia students wishing to participate in interscholastic athletics must have completed emergency medical authorizations and physical examination forms turned into the athletic office or filed with their coach prior to the first day of participation.

Emergency Medical Authorization Form

A $90.00 participation fee will be charged by the Nordonia Hills Board of Education for anyone participating in athletics. These fees are non-refundable if an athlete quits, is injured, or becomes academically ineligible during the season. This fee does not guarantee playing time on any team.  Fees are due prior to the first contest of the season.
