The Nordonia Hills City School District is soliciting bids for the roof replacements at Northfield
Elementary School, Rushwood Elementary School, and Nordonia Middle School. The work will
consist of but not limited to: tearing off all roofing materials to the associated decking, (metal &
tectum), installing a 2-ply modified system (hot asphalt with a cold process option), a flood of
coal tar and gravel, and new metal trim throughout. Bids must be turned in at the board office, 9370 Olde 8 Rd, Northfield, OH 44067
