If you are a family that lives more than 1 mile from Ledgeview and you qualify for bussing but would prefer to use the carpool line to pick up your child at the end of the school day you must complete this form. Additionally you must sign and return the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form (SKM_C454e21102714431.pdf) by Monday, August 22.
Families who sign up after the beginning of the school year will have a 48 hour waiting period prior to starting OLG carpool pick up.
Please sign up for OLG carpool if you anticipate you will need to pick up your child(ren) at the end of the day during the school year. Students do not need to participate in OLG carpool on a regular basis to participate.
