Fill it out completely, making sure to have parental approval.
Once the form is completed (submitted), go to the high school Main Office to pay the fee and to receive the parking sticker. Stickers will be available the first day of school, September 8th. THERE WILL BE NO FEE CHARGED UNTIL SCHOOL IS IN SESSION FOR 5 DAYS.
