normal'>Thank you for your continued support and flexibility as we work
through these strange times. As you know, the Nordonia Hills City School
District will continue to provide remote learning for students through June
2. normal'> normal'>University of Alabama Athletic Director Greg
Byrne said of the unknowns facing us, "We are managing a world of
hypotheticals." This is entirely true. We frankly have extremely limited
views of what much of the future holds for us, and much of the planning we are
attempting to do now we know will be changed later. normal'> normal'>But, some things are crystal clear. Below is
one of those things.
- One week from today, May
21, 2020, will be the Senior Day Parade. Community members are invited to
spread out along the parade route, bring signs and noisemakers, and honor
the Nordonia High School Class of 2020 as they pass by in their vehicles.
- I wrote to Nordonia staff
today that sometimes it feels like we are being asked to make a delicious fruit
salad when all we have are raisins and kumquats. The Senior Day Parade
will be one of those things where a large group of people took limited
resources to create something memorable for our kids. The weather is
supposed to be beautiful. We hope you will join us.

These are interesting times, and we will get through them together through flexibility and common sense.
As always, thanks for your continued support of the Nordonia Schools, and Go Knights!
