Board special meetings and regular meetings are open to the public. The Board may go into executive session at special or regular meetings, but the board will only vote on items in an open session. The Financial Activities Communications Team (FACT) is a committee of the Board. While FACT meetings technically are not Board meetings, they are open to the public and subject to Sunshine laws.
