Nordonia Hills City Schools is proud to announce the appointment of Kyle Kiffer as the new School Treasurer/CFO, effective August 1, 2023. Kiffer comes to the district with over 4 years of financial and administrative experience as a school treasurer or assistant treasurer plus 8 years as a State of Ohio Auditor in the education sector, including his most recent role as Treasurer/CFO at Streetsboro City Schools and the Windham Exempted Village Schools.
As School Treasurer/CFO, Kiffer will be responsible for overseeing the district's finances, budgeting, and financial reporting. He will also work closely with the Superintendent and Board of Education to develop and implement the district's financial policies and procedures.

"His extensive financial and administrative experience in education, combined with his strong leadership skills, will be invaluable as we continue to navigate the ever-changing financial landscape of public education."
Kiffer holds a bachelor’s degree from Hiram College. Prior to his role as CFO at Streetsboro City Schools and Windham Schools, Kiffer served in financial roles in several organizations including MAGNET, Robert Half International and Polyflow LLC. He is also involved as a board member at the Cornerstone of Hope, Cleveland Triathlon Club, and has served as a head swimming coach at Padua and Valley Forge High Schools.

Kiffer's appointment as School Treasurer/CFO follows a comprehensive search by the search team from Finding Leaders and selection process that involved input from the Board of Education, district administrators, and the treasurer’s office staff.
