“HOME OF THE SQUIRES”

The mission of Lee Eaton Elementary, in partnership with home and community, is to provide a safe learning environment that promotes the education and development of every student while challenging them to become lifelong learners.

2014 Fall Conferences:  November 6th and 13th

Fall Conference nights are approaching. Teachers will be conferencing with parents on Thursday, November 6th and Thursday, November 13th.  Due to the large number of students on each team, teachers will be unable to meet with every parent during this time. Therefore, teachers will prioritize conferences to discuss students who are having the most academic or behavioral difficulty.

In the next few weeks, you will receive a request from your child’s teacher to sign up for available conference times. This request will indicate that your child’s teachers feel that a conference is necessary at this time. Requests for conferences will be done through www.signupgenius.com, which you will receive information on from the team.  Although conference times on November 6th and 13th are reserved for priority cases, any request for conferencing will be honored at the first convenient time available for parents and the teacher.

By working together, we will be able to meet your child’s needs to the best of our ability :-)

Grade Level Websites

As the second quarter of the the school year has begun, many folks ask us, what is new at Lee Eaton?  Or, what resources and information are available at the classroom level for parents to view, or even help their student with school work?  To answer these types of questions, both 5th and 6th grade staff have collaborated to create web pages to guide students and parents and keep them up to date.  For more information on your student and their class/teachers, please visit:

Please join Lee Eaton and the entire district in our fourth year of "Family Always First Night."  This is our yearly celebration in supporting families on the night with no homework, no tests or projects and no assignments.  We have also agreed to hold no regular season practices or rehearsals for students.  We hope you will take the evening to celebrate being a family.
