Nordonia Facilities Usage Information


The Board of Education believes that grounds and facilities of the Nordonia Hills City Schools should be made available for community and public purposes. Such use should not infringe on the original and necessary purpose of the property or interfere with the educational program of the schools. It must be harmonious with the purposes of this district.

Community Users Facilities Rental Procedure

• Please create an account in our FMX facilities rental portal located at https://nordoniaschools.gofmx.com/login

A current Certificate of Insurance naming the Nordonia Hills CSD as “additional insured” is required at the time your application is submitted. Please contact your insurance agent to obtain the proper certificate. A copy of your policy does not ensure coverage for the District, and thus cannot be accepted.

• Your insurance will be reviewed and account administered before you may request space. Please follow all prompts from FMX to proceed.

• Log into FMX and complete your request at least 8 days prior to your event. Our building staff will review your request to ensure that there are not any known conflicts and that proper staffing is available to accommodate your event.

• You will receive a prompt from FMX once your event has been approved.

• If fees are due for your event per Board Policy, you will receive an estimate generated through FMX. Please accept it to finalize your reservation. Your final invoice will be generated through the portal. Payment will be due 30 days after your invoice is generated. Future usage of facilities will not be approved until any past due balance is paid.

Requests will be considered based upon facility availability, operational logistics, prospective rental classification, and pursuant to receipt of insurance documents.
