Cross Country Information
WELCOME TO CROSS COUNTRY. On this website you should be able to find all the information you will need to sign your child up for this Fall Sport. Although, yes, we compete in the Fall, Cross Country Season success largely depends on June, July, and August. Summer Running with the team is so very important. Please see our summer running schedule listed to the right. Saturdays are only for High Schoolers, a middle school coach may not be present if you attend a Saturday run.
We ask that middle schoolers attend 3 days a week through the 2nd week in July; then bump to 4 days a week through July. Cross Country officially opens August 1st at which point all athletes are required to be there 5 days a week. If there are family vacations thrown in there, this is fine. We will give them workouts to do while gone.
