Thinking about Track and Field?

The following information is designed to help athletes to make a decision on whether they wish to commit to becoming a member of the Middle School Track and Field Team.

Any athlete interested in joining Track and Field must have the proper forms completed on Final Forms and a current physical on file in the Athletic Office. The only hard copy form that needs to be completed and turned in is the Physical Form. However, all forms can be found on the Middle School Athletics website, under Final Forms.

All Forms must be completed and turned in by the first practice: Monday, March 6th,  girls only and Tuesday, March 7th, boys only.

The Athlete will not be able to participate in practice or a meet without these forms completed and a current physical is on file in the Athletic Office.

*Note:  Physicals are only good for one year from the physical date.  A current physical must be on file the entire track season.
